Creative & Design Lead

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative & Design Lead to own and evolve the visual identity of our brands, lead creative strategy, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and content creators. You’ll shape how we communicate our story — visually, emotionally, and strategically.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead brand development and evolution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Create and maintain brand personas, tone, and visual systems that resonate with diverse target audiences.
• Translate abstract ideas into clear, actionable, and compelling design strategies.
• Oversee and contribute to the design of logos, brand systems, typography, color palettes, iconography, and marketing assets.
• Provide creative direction for digital campaigns, printed collateral, events, and presentations.
• Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, writers, and illustrators.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align visual design with strategic business objectives.
• Guide internal teams and external partners in executing brand and creative standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or visual communication, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, repositioning, and visual strategy work.
• Deep understanding of how to connect brand identity to business strategy and user insights.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven success leading creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
