About the Program

TechX is a full-time, pre-employment role designed by Optimum Partners to prepare early-stage technical professionals for actual employment. Optimum Partners is an international IT services provider company headquartered in Dubai, with over 250 engineers worldwide. Our Armenian team includes more than 60 professionals delivering solutions across industries. Clients include global names such as Forbes Media, Hearst, and Block One, along with fast-growing companies in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

This is not a course or bootcamp. TechX is a structured pathway designed to identify and train individuals we aim to hire. Participants will engage in real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Program Highlights:

  • Comprehensive Training: Covering the full development cycle, including frontend, backend, testing fundamentals, DevOps, automation QA, and reliability engineering.
  • Real-World Projects: Work on internal tools and platforms that mirror our global delivery environment.
  • Mentorship: Learn from experienced engineers actively working on international projects.
  • Career Pathway: Successful completion of the program leads to employment with Optimum Partners.
  • Monthly Scholarship: A monthly scholarship is provided to support participation throughout the program.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals who:

  • English Proficiency: Must have a minimum B2 level in English, with the ability to comprehend, express, and narrate effectively.
  • Have basic technical experience such as completing programming courses, personal projects, bootcamp modules, or university-level coding assignments. This is not for absolute beginners — some hands-on exposure is required.
  • Are eager to work across various domains, including frontend, backend, DevOps, automation QA, and reliability engineering.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Are fully available to commit to a 6-month, on-site program in Yerevan, working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
  • Possess strong motivation to grow into contributing members of real project teams.

Application Requirements:

Applicants should submit:

  • CV: Include any relevant experience and, if available, links to GitHub or portfolio projects.
  • Written Response (Optional but Encouraged): A short essay (maximum 200 words) answering:
“Why do you want to join TechX, and what are you hoping to learn and contribute during the program?”
Note: While not mandatory, including a written response will increase your chances of moving forward in the selection process. It helps us understand your motivation and alignment with the program.
