He has a knack for bridging technology and commerce as well as a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest innovations in the industry. He has spent considerable time in the US and the Middle East working closely with clients. In his spare time, Eyad loves to cook. He lives in Amman with his wife and three boys.

An accomplished owner, operator, and investor, Giuseppe has been running business ventures across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East now for decades. While he is not directly involved in the day to day at Optimum Partners, he acts as a sounding board for the team on finance and operations. He lives in both Italy and Jordan and is fluent in English, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, and French.

Based in the Dominican Republic, he unites global teams, excelling at solving complex challenges and inspiring progress.

Joe is a distinguished technology and product executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation, scaling global operations, and driving growth for leading brands and digital platforms. As CEO of the Americas at Optimum Partners, he oversees regional operations, delivery, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy—strengthening the company’s presence in a key strategic market and supporting its expansion. Previously serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Joe played a central role in shaping Optimum Partners’ AI-native vision, product direction, and enterprise growth initiatives.
