Junior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team—a creative thinker who’s excited to shape intuitive digital experiences while staying curious about the bigger picture. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects, from core interface design to the strategic layers that support it.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with designers and marketing professionals to craft intuitive, engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile apps.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and effectively translate feedback into design improvements.
• Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Ensure accurate implementation of designs in collaboration with developers.
• Support a range of marketing initiatives where strong visual thinking meets strategic adaptability.

 

Required Qualifications:

English Proficiency (B2+ required): We collaborate in English every day—whether it’s sharing ideas or design feedback. If you’re confident communicating and thinking in English, you’ll feel at home here.

Education or Practical Experience: A degree in Design, or a related field—or solid experience through freelance, internships, or academic projects.

Design Tool Proficiency: Comfortable working with tools like Figma. If you’ve dabbled with prototyping tools or component libraries, even better.

User-Centered Thinking: You understand the “why” behind the design. You’re familiar with UX principles, responsive design, and curious about how users interact with products.

Curiosity & Versatility: We value versatile thinkers—those who see beyond the interface. You’re not afraid to explore analytics, support SEO, or shape content when needed.
