Optimum Partners was born out of a shared passion for developing global tech talent, starting with the country of Jordan’s. Despite great talent and educational achievement in Jordan, there is unrealized potential that Optimum aims to cultivate.

Optimum Partners was founded by Marco Gorin, Eyad Hammoudeh, Guiseppe Ridolfo, and Tariq al Diri in Amman, Jordan in 2016. Over 500 strong today, Optimum has expanded into Armenia continues to cultivate the next global centers for cutting edge tech talent.
