Optimum Partners’s Diversity and Adaptation

In this interview, we speak with Eyad Hammoudeh, the COO and co-founder of Optimum Partners, a company that emphasizes transparency, accountability, and honesty, delivering simple, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

By embracing team diversity, OP harnesses a wealth of knowledge to tackle complex challenges and maintain focus on fundamental principles. Discover the strategies and philosophies that drive Optimum Partners' success in client communications, diversity, innovation, and adaptability.

  1. What specific strategies do you use to ensure effective and efficient communication with clients, particularly in a diverse and dynamic market like the American one?

Communication is science and art, and combined with transparency and honesty, it is our day-to-day approach to communication. Our clients who are seeking to achieve their milestones often face challenges, and they need straightforward solutions to address these issues. As partners, we share accountability with all involved parties. Our communicated solutions must be:

  1. Simple
  2. Innovative
  3. Cost-effective

At Optimum Partners, we adhere to the following communication principles:

  1. Transparency, Accountability, and Honesty
  2. Simplicity in innovative solutions
  3. Continuous communication through defined and measurable success factors
  4. Agility and quick decision-making
  1. How does OP embrace diversity within your team, and how does this diversity enhance your ability to serve different markets?

Diversity is crucial for communication and discussions, which generate ideas. The flow of information for innovation should be irregular and unconventional. It will reach a processing stage where all information is analyzed, structured, and challenged, and its impact is measured before implementation. Is this conventional wisdom? Yes, but...

The "but" represents the cumulative knowledge that Optimum Partners holds within its resources to recreate various solutions with a strictly followed processing discipline.

This approach has been effective, with the diversity of our resources serving as the key adhesive component that keeps the innovation and solution engine running.

  1. Can you share an example of a challenging situation where the OP team found an innovative solution to meet a client's requirements?

There are many examples, but a common principle for solving challenges is to get back to basics. Most challenges are resolved when this principle is applied. Business and technology are becoming increasingly complex and over-integrated, with vast amounts of data to analyze daily. Analyzing solutions as a whole can be cumbersome and often leads nowhere. Returning to basics is effective and always appreciated by our clients.

A classic example is when a startup wants to build its ideas. Initially, they tend to add features and modules, losing focus on the basic objectives and the core use case they want to solve. At Optimum Partners, we keep our clients focused on their objectives and help them deliver their ideas at the lowest cost while maximizing success.

  1. How does the OP team demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness in managing client communications and adapting to their unique needs?

Let's consider the development of business and technology over the past 30 years. We've moved from developing products to creating SaaS businesses that are mobile and serve needs worldwide. When we engage with clients, they expect us to have business knowledge, understand the technology, and consider costs.

We embed these principles within our resources to serve as the foundation for our client communications. A testament to this approach is that many of our clients have asked to hire some of our employees because of these qualities.

  1. OP has a skill package for the OP team's growth. How does this campaign contribute to improved client communications?

The speed of technology development is incredibly fast for various reasons, and we need to be prepared to serve our clients. We must consider personal preferences as a parameter, but also within the broader context of our clients' needs.

There are two types of thinking and career development for our resources: being technology agnostic or being specialized. At Optimum Partners, we work within our clients' needs, company strategy, and personal preferences to achieve balance. Additionally, we always consider the time factor between the speed of technology development and the need to serve and build.
