Optimum Partners is opening Local AI Innovation Councils city by city, starting in Tampa this October.

About Local AI Innovation Councils Hosted by Optimum Partners
Optimum Partners is expanding its Innovation Center with Local AI Innovation Councils, bringing business and operations leaders together to tackle the hard questions of putting AI to work across industries including finance, fintech, healthcare, energy, media and retail.
Optimum Partners sees a growing need for more direct, real-world and experience-based conversations about AI, led by the people doing the work in their local markets. The Local AI Innovation Councils create that forum, bringing business and operations leaders together to share what they are seeing inside their organizations, compare approaches, learn from what has worked and what has not, and work through the decisions that will shape long-term business impact as AI moves from experimentation into everyday operations.
Joe Sticca, CEO of Optimum Partners Americas, said:

Launching in Tampa, October 2026
Optimum Partners’ first Local AI Innovation Council launches in Tampa in October 2026, bringing together the region’s business leaders, technology practitioners and entrepreneurs to work through the practical questions of AI adoption and implementation.
Tampa’s fast-growing base of operators, founders and technology leaders makes it a natural place to start. The launch itself is being hosted directly by Optimum Partners: a single, deliberately small room made up of people who are actively running AI initiatives inside their own organizations.
Across the week in Tampa, Optimum Partners will lead conversations and workshops on the issues its clients and audiences are navigating now: breaking down operational complexity, understanding the real cost of AI implementation, putting the right guardrails in place, and maintaining control over critical processes, data and access.
The Council will continue those conversations beyond the launch, creating an ongoing peer community where leaders can share what they are learning, compare approaches and work through the challenges of moving AI from pilot to production. Tampa is the first city; Atlanta, Boston, New York City, New Haven and others follow as the Council expands.
